The Courts Have Dismissed the Tint ticket against Mr.Soto in which he was illegally stopped Accused Of Violations for allegedly having illegal tint from Philadelphia Police Officer Holloway of the 15th Police District & Partner who have continuely targeted and harassed Soto since a viral March 25th traffic stop which generated widespread controversy . In The Latest stop that took place on 8-5-2015 where these officers illegally stopped and ticketed Soto for tint after hiding behind a Philadelphia bank waiting for Soto to leave a NAACP Live Press Conference discussing the reopening of the Brandon Tate Brown Case in which these officers are caught on camera targeting Soto. The end of that stop resulted the Police issuing a ticket for illegal tint and Officer Holloway stating that the tint permit is something Soto made up. Philadelphia Courts Have ruled in Soto's favor! These Police Officers have been wrong from the beginning and nobody deserves to be targeted and harassed!
